Our stainless steel water bottles are carbon neutral, meaning that they offset the making of the stainless steel, the manufacturing of the water bottle and end-to-end shipping (that's shipping from our manufacturer to us, us to our retailers, and our retailers to the end consumer) with carbon credits. Our water bottles start with a zero carbon footprint.
We use gold standard carbon offsets which are the highest standard in the world for carbon offsets. Only energy efficiency and renewable energy projects qualify for the Gold Standard projects because it encourages a move away from fossil fuel use and towards alternatives with inherently low environmental risks such as wind and solar power.
